Katia Immer

Katia Immer is a Senior HR Manager CH & International at Fincons Group, where they currently lead human resources efforts. They previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at The Swatch Group Assembly SA from 2020 to 2024 and served as HR Manager at Ermenegildo Zegna from 2011 to 2016. Before these roles, Katia worked as a Senior HR Manager for Switzerland, Italy, and Spain at Aptar from 2016 to 2020 and as a Human Resources Consultant at Adecco Risorse Umane SA from 2002 to 2011. Katia began their career as an Assistant/Executive Researcher at Alexandre TIC SA - Adecco Group between 2000 and 2001 and earned a Laurea from the Université de Lausanne in 1998.
