Ben Austen

Ben Austen currently serves as the Director of Revenue Operations at Find.co since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions including Head of Revenue Enablement and Head of Demand at Social Value Portal, where responsibilities included building a Demand Generation function from scratch. Experience also includes serving as Portfolio Impact Manager at Blenheim Chalcot and Business Optimisation Director, Sales & Marketing Director, and Head of Marketing at Avado, where Ben managed significant commercial targets and led various teams. Ben co-founded Kourion Media, a search agency, and held leadership roles at Reprise Media UK and Net Media Planet early in the career. Ben holds a degree in Economic and Social Studies, Politics, and Development from The University of Manchester.
