We create joyful + deeply impactful retreats, events and programs for people seeking to reignite their vitality and step boldly into their next life chapter.

Our clients are people in their 30s to 60s who want to refocus on themselves after years of over-giving to their work, families, relationships, or other pursuits, and who are seeking genuine connection, adventure, and fresh clarity for the next chapter of their lives.

Our retreats are the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of modern life, designed to help you do one simple thing: RECONNECT.

We combine personal development workshops, sound therapy, physical workouts, and embodiment practices with wild swimming, hiking, healthy food and exhilarating excursions in nature.

If you’re looking for a travel adventure that will leave you feeling clearer, more connected, and ready for your next life chapter, then we’d love for you to join us in Crete for an unforgettable and life-changing experience.
