FindAFitt Career Compass™ is a pre-revenue startup developing AI-enhanced intelligent profiling software that helps transitioning military veterans find their ideal career match. Our team is comprised of military veterans, executive coaches, software developers, and startup experts. We are revolutionizing career transitions for veterans and changemakers—illuminating paths to purpose, passion, and potential.

We are looking for introductions and meetings with early stage / angel investors who focus on veteran led companies.

In addition, we are looking for ecosystem partners: members of the military community, veteran focused staffing or placement companies, and companies with a focus on hiring military veterans.

If you are interested in being a part of our MVP beta later in 2023, please connect with one of our associates or follow our LinkedIn company page.

The Challenge We Address
Many transitioning servicemembers struggle because they don’t know how their military training applies to civilian jobs. More than 50% of veterans said the process of returning to civilian life was more challenging than they expected.

Our Business Model
FindAFitt is a multi-sided platform that will provide free services to military veterans, matching them to the organization that best fits both parties via the FindAFitt Career Compass™. Revenue will be generated through advertisements, subscription-based services bought by individual organizations, and through commission-based fees charged to organizations for successful new hires.

Why Invest in FindAFitt Career Compass
Unique opportunity to improve the quality of life and career satisfaction for millions of separating or retiring service members and veterans who are already in the workforce. Attractive acquisition target for career, recruiting platforms.
