Matthew Rouse is currently the Head of Quality Assurance at Findel, having held the position since 2022 after serving as the Quality Assurance Manager since 2019. With prior experience as a QA Technologist at N Brown Group and a Quality Assurance Product Auditor at Argos, they have developed a strong expertise in quality assurance processes and standards, including ISO9001, RoHS, REACH, and WEEE. Educated at Salford College following Hulton High School, Matthew emphasizes a transformational leadership style and excels in relationship-building throughout the product development process. Outside of work, they enjoy running, handball, sci-fi, and motorbiking.
