Keya K. is currently a Program Manager at Findem and previously held the position of Associate, Development and Outreach at Human Rights Watch. Keya was a Summer Analyst at Russell Reynolds Associates in 2022, where they focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and conducted extensive research for executive searches. Keya graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Global Studies, achieving a GPA of 3.96, and earned a High School Diploma from The Shri Ram School with a perfect score in the IB Diploma Programme.
