Mark Jacobson

Mark Jacobson is an experienced leader in the executive search and workforce analytics sectors. Currently serving as General Manager of Executive Search at Findem since April 2024, Jacobson focuses on building products for the executive search industry. Prior to this role, Jacobson was the Founder and CEO of Terrain Analytics from June 2017 to December 2023, where a data platform was developed to provide strategic insights on talent and competitive intelligence. Jacobson co-founded SignalFire in April 2013, transforming the venture firm landscape, and held various leadership roles at organizations such as True Search, Ignition Talent Group, and Barlow Group, driving significant growth and development in their executive search practices. Jacobson began the career at Korn/Ferry International and holds a BA in English from Tufts University.
