Chief Technology Officer at Finder

Joe Waller has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Joe started their career as a developer at IBM in 1995. Joe then worked as a developer at Eidos Interactive and Electronic Arts before joining GMN as a Lead Developer. In 2002, Joe joined Betfair where they held various roles including Engineering Manager, Head of Exchange Engineering, Head of Games Engineering, Head of Product Delivery, Head of Technology Strategy, and eventually Chief of Staff.

In 2014, Joe became the Chief Technology Officer at CorporateRealEstate.com, where they focused on connecting corporate tenants, tenant representatives, and investors to real estate opportunities. Joe then moved on to become the Founder of mintsprint in 2012, a company that developed technology for delivering massive multiplayer online games to mobile devices.

In 2015, Joe became the Chief Technology Officer at FlamingoAI, where they focused on improving customer experiences and increasing online sales conversion rates. Finally, in 2018, Joe joined Finder as the Chief Technology Officer, where they continue to contribute their expertise in technology and leadership.

Joe Waller attended Dover Grammar School for Boys from 1987 to 1993. Joe then pursued a degree in Scientific Computing at Southbank University London from 1993 to 1997. During their time at Southbank University, they focused on studying Software Engineering, Graphics, Scientific Visualisation, and Computer Aided Scientific Instrumentation.
