Raf Ignacio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2015, Raf worked as a Strategic Communications Intern at APCO Worldwide before moving on to become a Graduate Consultant at both Booz Allen Hamilton and ThirdWay Africa. In 2016, they served as a Global Initiatives Intern at Asia Society and subsequently worked as a Summer Associate at Albright Stonebridge Group. From 2016 to 2019, Raf held the position of Vice President for Business Development at U.S. Renewable Energy Corporation. They also served as a Business Development Consultant at Albright Stonebridge Group from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, Raf joined Meetup as the Manager of Organizer Success and Operations. Raf's entrepreneurial experience includes founding Filipino Food Crawl in 2018. Currently, Raf holds the role of Senior Performance Director at Finder, where they have successfully closed high-value deals, established and maintained strong partner relationships, and implemented strategic SEO and SEM initiatives.

Raf Ignacio's education history is as follows:

Raf Ignacio obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. In the year 2005 to 2006, they also attended Kansai Gaidai University, focusing on Asian Studies and Japanese Language.

Moving forward, they pursued an International Masters degree in Regional Integration at the University of Malaya from 2008 to 2009. Later on, Raf Ignacio attended Columbia | SIPA from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in International Affairs with a specialization in International Finance.

In addition to their formal education, Raf Ignacio acquired several certifications. Raf completed the Financial Analysis: Analyzing the Bottom Line with Excel certification from LinkedIn in September 2016. Moreover, they obtained the Foreign Service Eligibility certification from the Department of Foreign Affairs in 2012. Additionally, Raf Ignacio successfully completed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 3 certification from The Japan Foundation in December 2007.
