Stephanie Bineth is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in People & Culture. Currently serving as the Global Head of People & Culture at Finder since October 2018, Stephanie leads the strategic direction of the function across Australia and global markets, focusing on leadership coaching, culture, and the overall employee experience. Prior roles include Senior People Partner and People Partner, providing support to various leadership teams. Stephanie began their career with roles at LEAP Legal Software and Sound Consulting Recruiting, culminating in a Human Resources Coordinator position at Knight Frank Australia in 2018.
