William Capada has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for Stream Global Services. From 2012 to 2017, they held multiple positions at Bodog Nation, including Customer Service Representative, Quality Representative, and Subject Matter Expert. In 2017, they became a Property Management Specialist at Rocket Station Careers. The following year, in 2018, they worked as an Executive Assistant at The C Method and as a Sales Analyst at Grace and Lace. In 2019, they briefly served as a Senior Relationship Manager at Aptum Virtual Solutions. From 2018 to 2021, they worked simultaneously as a Digital Project Manager at Podcast Services Australia, where they handled client relations, operations support, and project planning, among other responsibilities. most recently, starting in 2020, they joined Finder as an Insights Support Analyst before being promoted to Insights Analyst.

William Capada obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from United Doctors Medical Center - Southeast Asian College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired several certifications in various fields such as project management, customer analytics, Google Analytics, and HubSpot reporting. The certifications were obtained from institutions such as Project Management Institute, Coursera, Google, and HubSpot Academy, between January and April of 2023.
