Grace Williams

Grace Williams is a committed professional with diverse experience in sustainability, research, and impact investing. As a Sustainability Intern at L. J. Williams Limited, Grace gained foundational knowledge in sustainable practices. At McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management, Grace served as a Research Fellow and Research Assistant, focusing on the informal economy in South Africa and linking research to the United Nations SDGs. Grace contributed as an Associate to the Montreal Social Value Fund, promoting social entrepreneurship, and worked as a Summer Analyst at Social Venture Connexion, specializing in impact investing. Current roles include Analyst at FinDev Canada and Fund Manager at the Montreal Propel Impact Fund, further solidifying a commitment to sustainability and social impact. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from McGill University, majoring in Managing for Sustainability with a minor in International Development.
