Shereen Aly

In her role as Legal Counsel, Shereen Aly supports FinDev Canada’s transactional activities in addition to development impact and broader strategic initiatives. Shereen is passionate about the power of law and business to bring meaningful change to communities around the world and is a firm believer that development finance is a powerful avenue to bring this to fruition.

Prior to joining FinDev Canada, Shereen worked for an international law firm in Toronto. Shereen completed a JD/B.C.L at McGill University’s Faculty of Law and is a member of the Ontario bar. Prior to law school, Shereen studied International Business, with a specialization in Responsible Business Management at the Schulich School of Business, York University and completed an exchange semester in Lyon, France at EM Lyon Business School.
