Dmitry Trub is a technology leader and entrepreneur with 20+ years of software development experience across startups and large enterprises, including eight years building investment banking IT with teams of 300+ engineers. They are the founder and CEO of findev and FinDev, and the founder and managing member of SMARD, applying a data-driven approach to management and leveraging Agile practices. They previously served as Chief Technology Officer at EXANTE from 2020 to 2023 and held senior technology leadership roles at Deutsche Bank (2014–2019). They earned an Applied Mathematics degree from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (1996–2002) and completed the Algorithmic Trading Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2023.
