Katie McGhee, LCSW, CCM, is the current Director of Customer Success and Community Engagement at findhelp, where they leverage their extensive healthcare experience to enhance system efficiencies and improve patient outcomes. Previously, Katie served as the Chief Operating Officer at AARN Health Services from 2016 to 2018, overseeing operations and refining care models that led to improved clinical metrics. They also held the position of Administrator at Citizens Medical Center from 2018 to 2020, where they successfully managed service line departments to achieve operational excellence. Katie's background includes roles in comprehensive care management at Baylor Scott & White Health and medical social work, reflecting a strong commitment to the health and well-being of individuals and communities. Currently, Katie is pursuing further education at Our Lady of the Lake University.
