Mark Mayo is a seasoned software quality assurance engineer with extensive experience in manual and automated testing methodologies, currently working at findhelp since November 2022. With a diverse background, Mark has been involved in software QA and staffing at Surge – a Catalyte company since September 2013, where expertise spans various testing types and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Additionally, Mark has a strong foundation in instructional design, having created and evaluated e-learning programs from 2013 to 2017, and has previously worked in the insurance industry and account management. Mark holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Design for Second Language Education from California State University, Chico, and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Brigham Young University.
