C.G. Niquette has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. In 2012, they started their career as a Regional Field Director at the Maine Democratic Party. They then joined the Maine Senate Majority Office, where they served as a Special Assistant from December 2012 to July 2013, and later as a Legislative Aide from August 2013 to May 2014.

In 2014, Niquette worked as a Deputy Director at the Maine Senate Democratic Campaign Committee before transitioning to the role of Deputy Campaign Manager at Marge Laurino for 39th Ward Alderman in 2015.

Their political work continued as they joined Hillary for America in 2015. They first worked as an Organizer from October 2015 to January 2016, then as a Regional Organizing Director in February 2016, and finally as an Organizing Director from March to April 2016.

C.G. Niquette earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from Bates College from 2008 to 2012. Later, from 2017 to 2019, C.G. Niquette attended The LBJ School of Public Affairs, where they obtained a Master of Public Affairs degree. The field of study for the master's degree is not specified.
