Gene Smith

Gene Smith, MHA, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Customer and Community Success at Findhelp, where they evaluate and enhance methodologies for large-scale government and enterprise contracts. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare innovation, Gene has previously held significant roles at Intermountain Health, including Community Health Director and Director of E-business, where they pioneered digital services and social determinants of health strategies. They co-founded the first e-Business department at Intermountain and led the development of the organization’s first Medicare and Medicaid health plans. Gene earned an MHA from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Business Finance from the University of Utah. Residing in Park City, Utah, Gene enjoys outdoor activities such as rock climbing and skiing.
