Jake Moskol

Jake Moskol is an Account Director at findhelp, where Jake builds partnerships with health plans and health systems to address social determinants of health challenges. Prior to that, Jake was a VP of Partnerships + Innovation at Healthy Minds Innovations and a Health Tech Entrepreneur at Branch2 and Sunriver Health. Jake also has experience in project management at Epic and as a Senior Consultant at Accenture. Jake holds a Master of Science in Information Science from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
