Lee Shanahan has a diverse background in various industries and roles. In 2005, they started as a Statistics Intern at Battelle. Afterwards, they worked at Epic as a Technical Services partner and played a vital role in resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Product Manager, Customer Success, and Factotum at Forward Health Group, Inc. In 2013, they became a Consultant at Physicians Plus Insurance Corporation and later joined CenterX as the Director of Customer Service.

Starting in 2015, Lee Shanahan worked at American Family Insurance as an Innovation & Business Design, Product Manager. They successfully launched a new offering of smart home devices to protect homeowners and led cross-functional teams in various projects. They left the company in 2021.

In their recent work experiences, Lee Shanahan joined Tenney 110 as a Venture Champion, responsible for taking new high-growth businesses from concept to market. They leveraged their property domain knowledge to build venture pitch decks and conducted market research for product-market fit strategies and financial forecasting. Following this, they worked in the Operations/Product Strategy role at a HealthTech startup (stealth) in 2022.

Currently, Lee Shanahan holds a role as a Technical Solutions Engineer for Integrations at findhelp and is also involved in Problem Solving, Process Improvement, and Team Growth at Sift EHR Consulting.

Lee Shanahan attended Pomona College from 2001 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics.
