Mara serves as the Director of Learning & Development at Findhelp since August 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from various leadership roles in healthcare and training. Prior positions include Director of Training and Development at GLG from January 2022 to June 2024, where Mara also held roles as Team Leader, Client Solutions Associate, and Research Manager. Previous experience includes an internship at the Center for the Evaluation of Value and Risk in Health, a compliance internship at Mass. Eye and Ear, and a Teaching Assistant position at Tufts University.
