Rachel also served as an Application Manager and Team Lead, overseeing software implementations and driving process improvements. Additionally, they worked as an Application Project Manager, collaborating with analysts and clinicians to design and implement technology solutions.

Early in their career, Rachel worked as a Youth and Family Services Associate at the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities.

Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and customer success skills. Rachel has a track record of successfully leading teams, managing budgets, and driving operational excellence.

Rachel Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Rachel attended the university from 2006 to 2008.
