Ricky Dunn has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as an IT Systems Administrator at the Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District (CRPUSD). In this role, Ricky managed the day-to-day operations of JAMF MDM, ServiceNow Help Desk Suite, and Google Workspace for Education platforms. Ricky completed their certificate and continued their studies in Biology, earning an Associate of Science degree in 2018. Ricky then transferred to Sonoma State University in 2018 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2020.
