Ricky Dunn

Ricky Dunn has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as an IT Systems Administrator at the Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District (CRPUSD). In this role, Ricky managed the day-to-day operations of JAMF MDM, ServiceNow Help Desk Suite, and Google Workspace for Education platforms. Ricky provided support to over 500 staff and faculty members, troubleshooting network-related issues and maintaining the complex Cisco network across 12 school sites.

Since 2021, Ricky has been working as an Information Technology Manager at findhelp. Ricky serves as a Subject Matter Expert for various platforms, including Atlassian Jira & Confluence, JAMF, Google Workspace, and KnowBe4. Ricky also oversees the Information Technology budget, planning, and implementation.

Ricky Dunn began their education in 2015 at Santa Rosa Junior College, where they pursued a Certificate in Computer Science & Networking while studying Biology. Ricky completed their certificate and continued their studies in Biology, earning an Associate of Science degree in 2018. Ricky then transferred to Sonoma State University in 2018 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2020.
