Tyler Hartung has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tyler began their career as a Program Coordinator for Student and Young Alumni Activities at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they managed a financially self-sufficient organization and organized large-scale events. Tyler then worked as a Consultant for Uganda's Masaka Elders Microfinance Coop, where they streamlined operations and improved lending practices. Hartung also played a role in the founding team of Impact Hub Boulder, a co-working space for impact companies. At Uncharted (formerly Unreasonable Institute), they served as the Founder, COO, and Venture Funding Lead, where they built programs, developed venture fundraising curriculum, and maintained relationships with impact funders. Hartung's experience also includes working as the Program Manager for Alumni Services at the University of Colorado at Boulder and in supply acquisition at Renewable Choice Energy. Most recently, they held positions at findhelp (formerly Aunt Bertha) as the VP of Finance and VP of Finance and Operations, where they worked with various organizations to connect people in need with free and reduced-cost services.
Tyler Hartung attended the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. During the same period, they also pursued a degree in Finance with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of Colorado Boulder.
