finding joi, LLC. works to curate psychologically & physically safe spaces for Black womxn and femmes living and working in institutional spaces. Predominantly through curated wellness events, tailored workshops, and online resources developed with Black womxn-owned holistic wellness practitioners. 

Founded by by Joi James, Transformative Leadership & Wellness Coach as well as former strategic philanthropist, nonprofit/corporate strategist, and wellness leader with organizations such as Urban Institute and The Kresge Foundation Detroit Program.
