Finding Resolution Consulting (FRC) focuses on improving performance by instilling courage and confidence to create leadership and communication skills that drive change and get results.
The FRC approach includes one-on-one personal coaching, team coaching, group facilitation and leadership training.  We specialize in workshops for teams and workshops for women.
Team coaching can be facilitated using the DISC assessment in the workshop, "Team Communication - Commitment to Understanding"  and the Gallup Strengths Assessment in the workshop, "The Strength-Based Approach To Managing Team Effectiveness".
Workshops for women include "Gaining Confidence" and "Creating Powerful Communication"
