Daniela Shikova

Manager, Customer Success at FindMeCure

Daniela Shikova has over 9 years of professional experience. Daniela began their career in 2011 as a Specialist in the "Policies and Institutions of the EU" Directorate at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bulgaria. In 2013, they took on the role of Project and Program Expert at the National Patients' Organization (NPO). In 2014, they were contracted by the National Patients' Organization as a Capacity-Building Project Manager under the EEA Financial Mechanism 2009-2014. In 2016, they became the International Relations Coordinator at the MS Society-Bulgaria Foundation. In 2017, they took on the role of Manager, Customer Success and Patient Relations Manager at FindMeCure. In 2018, they became the General Manager at FindMeCure Foundation. Finally, in 2020, they took on the role of Manager, Customer Success at TrialHub (by FindMeCure).

Daniela Shikova has a diverse educational background. In 2011, they obtained their Master's degree in Financial Management from the University of National and World Economy. Daniela completed their Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from the same university in 2011, having started in 2007. In 2010, they completed a course in Business and Economics from Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: The Online Marketing Fundamentals from Google in April 2017, Training on “Criteria/methods in Health Technology Assessment” from ARPharM/National Center for Public Health and Analyses in September 2016, and Training on “International data usage in Health Technology Assessment process” from ARPharM/National Center for Public Health and Analyses in September 2016.
