Mark Rowley has a strong background in partnership development and community support, with experience at Christians Against Poverty from September 2014 to July 2016. Initially serving as a CAP Job Clubs Training and Events Coordinator, Mark delivered national and regional events to establish community projects aimed at assisting those facing unemployment. Subsequently, as the UK Partnership Development Team Manager, Mark managed a team of eight Partnership Managers, providing strategic leadership and oversight for regional initiatives. Prior to joining FinDock in October 2025 as a Business Development Representative, Mark also held the position of Regional Partnership Manager, focusing on sales objectives and managing the entire sales process through various approaches. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Bradford, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
