Derek Burdick

Derek Burdick has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Derek began their career as a Laborer/Foreman at Stonehenge Brick Paving & Landscaping in 2000, where they worked until 2005. In 2006, they joined The Redmond Company as an Intern and stayed until 2008.

In 2009, Derek joined McCarthy Building Companies as an Assistant Superintendent and served until 2013. Derek then moved to F.A. Wilhelm Construction Company in 2014, where they worked as a Project Manager until 2015.

Since 2015, Derek has been with J.H. Findorff & Son Inc., initially serving as a Project Manager and later promoted to Senior Project Manager in September 2020. Derek is currently in this role, demonstrating their expertise and leadership in managing construction projects.

Derek Burdick attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Construction Management. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2003, they studied English at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
