Fine Line Homes is a Family Owned Company that started building stick-built homes in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 1972. The Company was founded by George Parmer, who remains at the helm as President and Owner. Since our inception, our new home builders and offices have expanded to serve several areas throughout Pennsylvania and Southern New York.

We serve Northeast Pennsylvania, Central Pennsylvania, the southern tier of New York, and the Piedmont Triad in North Carolina. We offer affordable custom house prices through volume purchasing for five offices located in Harrisburg, Lewisburg, Hazleton, Sayre, and State College. All Fine Line Homes offices are full service, building on “Our Lot or Yours” as well providing an inventory of “Move-In Ready” new houses.
