Daida R.

Daida R. started their work experience as a Business Analyst at CDV d.o.o in January 2008, where they worked until August 2008. Daida then joined Uniqa Software Service d.o.o. as an IT Application Analyst in September 2008 and remained in that position until February 2011. From March 2011 to February 2012, they served as a Business Analyst/Project Manager at InsData, spol. s r. o. After that, they joined Combis d.o.o. as a Business Analyst in August 2012 and worked there until March 2015. Daida then joined Sberbank d.d. Croatia as a Business Analyst from April 2015 to May 2016. Currently, they are employed at FINEOS, where they initially served as a Senior Product Analyst - Absence Management from May 2016 to April 2021. Daida then transitioned to the role of Product Owner - Policy and Billing in April 2021, and their tenure is ongoing.

Daida R. attended the University of West London from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Applied Computing. In terms of additional certifications, Daida obtained the following:

- In October 2019, they received the "AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).

- In July 2019, they obtained the "Certified Leave Management Specialist" certification from the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC).

- In August 2016, they achieved the "SAFe Agilist" certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.

- In October 2015, they became a "Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)" through agile42.
