Daniel started their career in 2009 as a Test Engineer at ATS Informática, where they gathered requirements, identified improvement opportunities, and provided product demonstrations and training to clients. From 2009 to 2015, they also worked as a System Analyst at the same company, where they continued to gather requirements and create functional specifications.
In 2016, Daniel joined Sisloc Softwares as a Requirements Analyst, where they focused on gathering and analyzing requirements for software projects. Daniel then moved on to Montreal Oficial in 2017, initially working as a Business Analyst and later becoming a Senior Business Analyst Team Lead. Daniel's most recent position is at FINEOS, where they joined in 2019 as a Senior Analyst. Here, they have been involved in understanding and analyzing customer and market requirements, identifying matches or gaps in existing product functionality, and conducting research and analysis activities.
