Daniel Da Silva has a diverse work experience in various roles related to business analysis and software development. Daniel started their career in 2009 as a Test Engineer at ATS Informática, where they gathered requirements, identified improvement opportunities, and provided product demonstrations and training to clients. From 2009 to 2015, they also worked as a System Analyst at the same company, where they continued to gather requirements and create functional specifications.

In 2016, Daniel joined Sisloc Softwares as a Requirements Analyst, where they focused on gathering and analyzing requirements for software projects. Daniel then moved on to Montreal Oficial in 2017, initially working as a Business Analyst and later becoming a Senior Business Analyst Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for requirements gathering, process analysis, functional specifications, customer interviews, and project planning and estimation.

Daniel's most recent position is at FINEOS, where they joined in 2019 as a Senior Analyst. Here, they have been involved in understanding and analyzing customer and market requirements, identifying matches or gaps in existing product functionality, and conducting research and analysis activities.
