Ed Maher has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the software industry. Ed started their career at Misys in 1986 and held positions as an Analyst/Programmer and later as a Team Leader/Systems Analyst. In 1999, they joined the Royal Bank of Scotland as a Business Analyst, working on projects for the bank's legacy systems. Ed then moved to CR2 as a Business Analyst before joining FINEOS in 2002 as a Business Implementation Consultant. At FINEOS, they worked closely with customers to identify and manage business requirements and provided consultancy services for successful project implementation and process optimization. Ed later transitioned to the role of QA Engineer, responsible for quality assurance in the Professional Services Management Department.
