Efe Erike

Efe Erike has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Efe began their career in 2010 as a Technical Support Engineer at Computer Warehouse Group, where they were responsible for tasks such as adding users to domains, resolving password-related issues, and maintaining desktop and laptop computers. In 2013, they joined Remm Technologies & Solutions Limited as a Systems Engineer, handling the design and deployment of IT services both on-premise and in the cloud. Efe progressed to the role of Presales Technical Consultant in 2016, where they analyzed client requirements and recommended hardware and software solutions, developed proof of concept software solutions, and delivered product presentations to key clients. Efe joined FINEOS in 2020 as a Cloud Engineer, and their current role focuses on cloud technologies.

Efe Erike attended Delta State University (NG) from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Additionally, Efe Erike has obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2022, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate from AWS in July 2021, LPIC-1: Linux Administrator from the Linux Professional Institute in September 2019, Freshservice Product Expert from Freshworks in January 2019, ITIL® v3 Foundation Certificate in IT service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2014, EMC Information Storage Associate v2 (EMCISA) from EMC in July 2013, MCSA: Windows Server 2012 and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) from Microsoft in June 2013, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from AWS in October 2019, and NSE 1 - Network Security Associate and NSE 2 - Network Security Associate from Fortinet in May 2020.
