Fiach McHugh

Fiach McHugh's work experience begins in 2006 with Firecrest Clinical as an Instructional Designer. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a self-employed Instructional Designer, providing professional services for online and instructor-led learning projects. In 2011, they joined SureSkills Ltd as an Instructional Designer until 2013. Fiach then worked as a Technical Writer (Contract) at Vistakon from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Instructional Designer - Contract at Skillsoft. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Knowledge Consultant at Datalex, developing and producing e-learning materials. In 2019, they worked as a Contract ID at SureSkills. Currently, since November 2019, Fiach McHugh holds the position of Senior Instructional Designer at FINEOS.

Fiach McHugh attended Tullow Community School from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained their Leaving Certificate. Upon completion of their secondary education, they enrolled at the University of Galway from 1980 to 1985. During their time there, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Industrial studies. In 2002, Fiach briefly attended the Irish Management Institute for a course in Frontline Management.
