Greg Farm

Greg Farm has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Greg is currently working as the VP of Customer Success at FINEOS since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Technology Transformation at Lennar from May 2022 to April 2023. Before that, Greg worked at New York Life Insurance Company as an IT Program Director from January 2021 to May 2022.

Their longest tenure was at Cigna, where they held various roles. As an IT Program Director from April 2015 to December 2020, Greg planned and directed transformative initiatives to modernize capabilities, retire legacy platforms, and unify operations. Greg also served as an IT Portfolio Manager from April 2010 to April 2015, formulating and leading the strategic project portfolio.

Greg began their career at GE, where they completed the IT Leadership Development Graduate program and worked as a Project Manager from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they worked as a Research Analyst at Edgelab in 2005, achieving recognition for developing an innovative market analysis tool.

Greg Farm obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Villanova University from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut from 2002 to 2006.

In addition to their degrees, Greg Farm has obtained certifications. Greg received the SAFe 5 Program Consultant (SPC) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in September 2022. Greg also obtained the SAFe 4.0 Agilist certification from the same institution in April 2017.
