J.b Lim

J.B LIM has a strong work history in the field of DevOps and system engineering. They started their career at KCC Information & Communication in 2001, where they served as a Database Administrator and Project Manager, providing technical support for distributed-DB computer centers and leading various system development projects. In 2008, they joined Gala Networks Europe Ltd. as a System Engineer and later as an Assistant Manager, responsible for maintaining live services, managing a team, and ensuring database backups were in compliance with company policies.

In 2011, J.B LIM joined Webzen Dublin as a System Engineering Team Manager, where they focused on increasing the value of the engineering team through efficient time organizing, task delegation, and the hiring of new engineers. They also provided documentation for system and service information.

In 2014, J.B LIM transitioned to Ellucian as a DevOps Engineer, where they worked until 2017. Finally, in 2017, they joined FINEOS as a Senior DevOps Engineer.

Throughout their career, J.B LIM has gained extensive experience in system engineering, DevOps, team management, and database administration, demonstrating strong technical skills and a focus on efficient processes and documentation.

J.B. Lim pursued their education from 1992 to 1996 at the Republic of Korea Naval Academy, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2018, they obtained the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services.
