Jeff Mason

Jeff Mason has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Jeff worked at FINEOS as a Cloud Deployment Manager from November 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they worked at IBM from 1999 to 2019. At IBM, they held various roles including Senior IT Specialist, Project Manager, Data Analyst, and Business Analyst. Jeff worked on bid proposal teams for multi-million dollar projects and contract renewals. Jeff also worked as a Programmer Analyst, where they programmed in multiple languages on high-profile projects. Before their role as a Programmer Analyst, they worked as a Help Desk Analyst and Wide Area Network Administrator at IBM, where they led software release management and data retrieval for multiple restaurants and managed a team of analysts.

Jeff Mason attended the University of North Texas from 1985 to 1989, where they studied Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business. During their education, they did not obtain a specific degree. Additionally, Jeff has obtained several certifications in various fields, including AWS: Deploying and Provisioning, Learning AWS CloudFormation, Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts, Managing and Analyzing Data in Excel (Office 365/Excel 2019), Learning Power BI Desktop, Python Data Analysis, Using Power BI with Excel, and Excel: Creating a Basic Dashboard. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification obtained in October 2020.
