Lori Welty

Lori Welty started their work experience as an Attorney at Berenbaum, Weinshienk & Eason, P.C. from an unknown date in 1998 until 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they served as an Associate General Counsel at Furniture Row Companies. Lori then joined SullivanWelty LLC & Integrated Resolution Group as an Attorney & Mediator from February 2009 to December 2013, specializing in civil litigation, family law, and small business matters. From December 2010 to January 2013, they worked in Human Resources at Return Path. Starting in August 2012, Lori worked as a Senior Compliance Counsel at ReedGroup, where they provided expertise in various areas of leave law. Since January 2019, they have been serving as an Absence Management Senior Compliance Attorney at FINEOS. In October 2022, they were promoted to the role of SVP, Product Compliance at FINEOS.

Lori Welty earned a High School Diploma from King and Low-Heywood Thomas School in 1992. Lori then went on to study at The Johns Hopkins University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Later, from 1996 to 1999, they attended the University of Colorado, where they achieved a Juris Doctor degree in Law.
