Mark B.

Mark B has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing and development. Mark started their career as a Technical Support Agent at Dell Computer Corporation, where they gained knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems. Mark then joined Post Consult International e-Commerce Solutions as a QA Engineer and worked on various projects. At BBC Technology, they served as a Test Engineer and introduced testing methodologies and utilities into the development process. Mark also worked at NDS, where they were a Development & Test Team Lead, responsible for coordinating development and test activities and managing a team. Mark later joined Tim Harper Associates (studyhuddle.co.uk) as a Website Development & Test/Customer Liaison, catering to universities and coordinating with clients. Currently, Mark is a Senior Software Test Engineer at FINEOS.

Mark B. obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology from Brunel University London. Mark completed their degree from 2009 to 2015. Additionally, they hold a certification in ISTQB Foundation Software Testing from THE BRITISH COMPUTER SOCIETY, which they obtained in 2005.
