Mark Bennett

Mark Bennett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consulting and software implementation. Currently serving as a Senior Business Consultant at FINEOS since July 2019, Mark focuses on implementing SaaS-based Absence and Disability Claims Management software for a diverse global clientele, along with managing defect triage. Previously, Mark held the position of Business Consultant at AIG Ireland, where responsibilities included performing business analyst duties within a global software development team under the Scaled Agile Framework, such as requirements gathering and writing user stories. Additionally, Mark has experience as a Human Resources Administrator at GlobeTech, where administrative tasks included handling employee requests and maintaining HR records. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems from University College Cork, obtained in 2019, and graduated from Clonakilty Community College in 2015.
