Robert Pławski has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Robert started their career at ESAP in 2006 as an Analyst, where they worked on two major projects for a French car manufacturer. Their responsibilities included developing and customizing Teamcenter, implementing Java solutions, and creating tests and documentation.
In 2008, Robert joined Alstom as a Programmer, where they worked until 2011.
In 2011, Robert joined FINEOS as a Technical Consultant. Robert later transitioned to the role of Senior Software Engineer. At FINEOS, they worked on strategic projects, primarily focused on developing FINEOS Line of Business solutions and building out demonstration capabilities. Robert also collaborated closely with Business Analysts and Sales Consultants to translate market requirements into deliverable and demonstrable solutions. Robert was highly motivated, proactive, and self-organized, and the team they worked with utilized the Scrum framework for organizing and planning their work.
Robert Pławski completed their Bachelor's degree in Databases & Programming from Państwowa Wyższa Szkoła Zawodowa w Elblągu from 2002 to 2007. Robert then pursued a Master's degree in IT from Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010.
