Tracy Carbery

Tracy Carbery has over 25 years of work experience in the technical writing and software development fields. Their most recent role was as a Senior Technical Writer at FINEOS since October 2020. Prior to that, Tracy worked as a Freelance Technical Writer and Content Editor for NearForm from February 2019 to September 2020, where they reviewed, edited, and maintained open-source documentation and created style guides. From 2012 to 2016, Tracy worked as a Senior Technical Writer at Ammeon, where they developed end-user documentation and training material for a telecoms platform. Before that, they worked as a Technical Writer at Anam Mobile from 2007 to 2012, creating and maintaining technical documentation for mobile messaging products. Tracy also gained software development experience as a Software Developer at Logica from 1999 to 2003 and as an Operations Engineer at Logica Aldiscon in Australia from 1997 to 1999. Tracy began their career as a Software Engineer at Ericsson from 1993 to 1996.

Tracy Carbery received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Applied Physics from Dublin City University. Tracy attended the university from 1988 to 1992.
