William Casto

William Casto Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. William currently works at FINEOS as a Cloud Operations Manager - Practice, where they are responsible for overseeing the operations of the cloud practice. Prior to this role, they worked at FINEOS as the Cloud Operations Practice Lead. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at CorVel Corporation as a Documentation and Training Specialist, managing communication strategies, curating user guides, and composing internal corporate communications. Before that, they were a Claims Specialist at Sedgwick from 2012 to 2015. William also has teaching experience as an Adjunct English Professor at the University at Albany, SUNY, from 2005 to 2011.

William Casto Ph.D. obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2005. William then pursued their Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the University at Albany, SUNY, from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in American Literature and Modernist Critical Theory from the same university, completing their studies in 2014.
