Melanie Schmidt

Melanie Schmidt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and management within the technology and medical sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Sales Officer at Finetech since September 2024, Melanie previously held various leadership roles at SONOTEC GmbH from February 2008 to August 2024, including Director of R&D and Sales, Business Unit Director for Non-Invasive Fluid Monitoring, Head of International Sales, and Head of International Marketing. Key accomplishments include leading cross-functional teams, developing strategic plans, managing key client relationships, establishing international distribution networks, and implementing global marketing strategies. Melanie holds a Diplom-Kauffrau in International Management from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg and completed a certification as an Innovation Manager from Steinbeis Augsburg Business School in 2024.
