Mr. Staub’s areas of expertise include executive leadership, new business development, mergers and acquisitions, startups, product innovation, and international expansion. He helped build and manage several of the leading payment processing companies in the United States and has developed and launched new product innovations within the debit and credit card industry.

Prior to coming on at Finexio, Mr. Staub headed the Sterling Payment Technologies sales and marketing departments as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Sterling has since been acquired by global payments company, EVO International. Previously, Mr. Staub led GTS Consulting, a Dallas-based company he founded to provide consulting services to private equity firms and electronic funds transfer (EFT) companies in the payment industry. Prior to founding GTS Consulting, Mr. Staub was EVP and manager of strategic initiatives for Elan Financial Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of U.S. Bank. Mr. Staub’s responsibilities for Elan included acquisitions, processing partnerships, as well as managing international growth initiatives.

Mr. Staub received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz School of Business. He is also a graduate of the Stonier School of Banking at the University of Delaware.
