A stake in a company in portfolio can be maintained once the company is listed on the stock exchange.

In order to receive investment from Finexpertis, a company has to meet the following requirements:
- to belong to the fintech and regtech sectors 
- to commit to regularly update its investors about the company information 
- to be able to create liquidities opportunities via a system facilitating mutual trading agreements amongst its investors
- to commit to a 30% payout of profits (if applicable)
