George Skakel

George Skakel has a diverse work experience spanning from 1978 to the present. George has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise and adaptability. George started their career as a Business Analyst at Gould Inc. in 1978 and then moved on to work as an Associate Investment Banking at EF Hutton & Co. Inc. from 1980 to 1981. George then joined Great Lakes Carbon Corporation, where they served as the Treasurer from 1981 to 1985 and later as the Vice President of the Fortafil Carbon Fiber Division from 1985 to 1986. In 1986, George became the Chairman of Hughes Patwil Homes, a $20 million sales home builder, until its successful sale in 1992. In the same period, they also purchased and sold Kemberly, Inc., a supplier to the Recreational Vehicle Industry. Finally, since 2008, George has been the CEO of FinFit, LLC, a Financial Wellness business providing online lending platforms to low and medium-income borrowers. George'swork at FinFit has been highly successful, engaging a large number of employers and employees, leading to high satisfaction rates.

George Skakel completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Delaware, where they studied from 1971 to 1974. Having a keen interest in business administration and management, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School from 1976 to 1978.
