Michael Valentin has worked in the technology industry since 2008. Michael began their career at Altice USA (formerly known as Cablevision) as a Senior Technical Project Manager, where they provided hands-on tactical and strategic management of software development, integration, QA testing, lab support, release management and code delivery. In 2016, they moved to Zodiac Systems as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Engineering, where they were responsible for a global engineering organization of nearly 250 embedded software developers, QA engineers, program managers, client relationship managers, CSMs, product owners, systems integrators, architects and automation engineers. In 2018, they began working at Sandata Technologies as Chief Technology Officer, where they were responsible for growing a global team to over 110+ software development and quality engineers, technical project management, DevOps and Site Reliability Engineers in 4 countries across 3 continents. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer at Fingercheck, where they are responsible for the strategy, development, and delivery of new and existing products for their growing client base.

Michael Valentin holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Pace University and a BBA in Computer Science from Baruch College. Michael also has several certifications, including Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner and Certified Scrum Professional - ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance, SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
