Andy Spitzer has extensive experience in the advertising industry. Andy began their career as a Jr. Art Director at Sudler & Hennessey in 1998, where they stayed until 2000. Andy then worked as a Senior Art Director at GSW Worldwide from 2002 to 2007. After that, they were an Art Director at BBDO from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, they held the position of Senior Art Director at AgencyRx and later became a Group Art Supervisor at Flashpoint Medica until 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at GSW Advertising, starting as an Associate Creative Director and working their way up to VP Creative Director. Andy then became a Group Creative Director at GSW Advertising from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are the EVP, Executive Creative Director at Fingerpaint since July 2017.

Andy Spitzer attended Upper Arlington High School from 1987 to 1990. Andy then went on to complete their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree at Columbus College of Art & Design from 1991 to 1995, specializing in illustration and advertising.
